What are your hours of accessibility?
We offer extended access hours 7 days a week, allowing customers up to 20 hours of daily access to their stored RV, boat, trailer, or vehicle.
Entry is controlled through our secure electronic gate system using your unique personal PIN.
How much notice is needed to move out?
We kindly request 30 days' notice when planning to move out.
At minimum, 10 days' notice prior to the start of your next billing cycle is required to avoid being billed for the upcoming month.
Providing notice early helps ensure a smooth and accurate account closing.
What type of leases do you offer?
We offer flexible month-to-month storage leases, giving customers the freedom to store their vehicles without long-term contracts.
We simply require proper notice before moving out so we can update your account and make the space available for the next customer.
Where are you located?
Ameripark Covered Storage has two locations in the Phoenix metro area:
Mesa: 40 S. Ellsworth Rd, Mesa, AZ 85207 — just off Loop 202 at Main & Ellsworth. Convenient for customers in Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, and Apache Junction.
Waddell: 17220 W. Bethany Home Rd, Waddell, AZ 85355 — just west of Loop 303 at Bethany Home Road. Convenient for customers in Surprise, Peoria, Glendale, and Buckeye.
What sizes do you offer?
Waddell: 30’, 35’, 40’ covered and 30', 40' 45' and 60' uncovered spaces.
Mesa: 30’, 35’, 40’, 45’ covered and uncovered spaces. We also offer covered 40’ pull through spaces.
Do you offer covered and uncovered RV and boat storage?
Yes. We offer both covered and uncovered RV and boat storage to fit different needs and budgets. Our covered spaces provide added protection from Arizona sun and weather, while our uncovered spaces offer a convenient and more economical option for customers who prefer flexibility or have vehicles designed to handle outdoor storage.

Do you have a dump station on site?
Yes. Both our Mesa and Waddell locations have an on-site RV sewage dump station available exclusively to Ameripark customers , not open to the public. This is one of the few covered RV storage facilities in the Phoenix area that includes a dump station on-site, making it easy to prep your RV before or after a trip without leaving the property.
Do you allow commercial vehicles or work trucks?
Yes. Many businesses store their work vehicles with us, including contractors, service companies, and mobile businesses.
Common commercial vehicles include:
- Work trucks
- Vans
- Trailers
- Service vehicles
- Landscaping equipment
Is your facility gated and secure, and what security measures do you have?
Yes. Both our Mesa and Waddell, AZ storage facilities are fully gated and designed with multiple layers of security to protect your RV, boat, trailer, or vehicle, including:
- 24/7 video surveillance cameras throughout the property
- Controlled gate access with your own unique personal PIN code
- Motion-activated lighting across all drive aisles and parking areas
- Daily security patrols by an outside professional security company in a marked vehicle, 7 days a week
Do you have pest control at your storage facility?
Yes. Both our Mesa and Waddell, AZ locations maintain an active, professional pest control program to help protect your stored RV, boat, trailer, or vehicle. This includes:
- Rodent traps placed strategically throughout the property and checked regularly
- Regular scheduled treatments by a licensed pest control company covering general pests
We take pest control seriously because we know that rodents or insects getting inside your RV, boat, or trailer can cause serious and costly damage to wiring, upholstery, and more. Keeping the property clean and pest-resistant is part of how we protect your investment.
Like all of our other amenities, pest control is included as part of your storage, there is no additional charge.
Do you have electricity at your storage spaces?
At our Mesa, AZ facility all of our spaces offer trickle charge outlets for keeping batteries charged.
At our Waddell, AZ facility all of our covered spaces offer trickle charge outlets for keeping batteries charged. Our uncovered spaces do not have trickle charge outlets.
Do you offer a military, veteran or first responder discount?
Yes at both our Mesa and Waddell, AZ locations we offer a 10% discount to any veteran, military or first responder.
How tall are your canopies on your covered spaces?
Our canopies are 15' high and can accommodate the largest of vehicles.
