Very clean and organized facility. Close to home. They provide a dump station and electricity for trickle charging your batteries. Price is very competitive especially with a 10% discount for veterans.

We’ve had our boat stored here for a while now and are very pleased with the service. The covered parking provides great protection, and the area feels safe and secure. I really like this facility. Very responsive when I asked questions or had an issue. Easy to access and the dump stations are super handy. If we weren’t leaving the area, I would keep my camper there longer. I highly recommend Ameripark Covered Storage in Waddell!

Yes. Our facilities are fully gated and accessible only through controlled entry using personalized PIN codes. Security cameras, lighting, and monitored access help maintain a safe storage environment.
Yes. We offer both covered and uncovered RV and boat storage to fit different needs and budgets. Our covered spaces provide added protection from Arizona sun and weather, while our uncovered spaces offer a convenient and more economical option for customers who prefer flexibility or have vehicles designed to handle outdoor storage.

We offer flexible month-to-month storage leases, giving customers the freedom to store their vehicles without long-term contracts.
We simply require proper notice before moving out so we can update your account and make the space available for the next customer.
We kindly request 30 days' notice when planning to move out.
At minimum, 10 days' notice prior to the start of your next billing cycle is required to avoid being billed for the upcoming month.
Providing notice early helps ensure a smooth and accurate account closing.
We offer extended access hours 7 days a week, allowing customers up to 20 hours of daily access to your stored RV, boat, trailer, or vehicle. Entry is controlled through our secure electronic gate system using your unique personal PIN.
Yes. Each of our facilities offers an on-site sewage dump station for customer convenience.

- Dump stations are for Ameripark customers only
- They are not open to the public
- Proper use guidelines must be followed
