Frequently Asked Questions

We offer flexible month-to-month storage leases, giving you the freedom to store your vehicle without long-term contracts. We just ask for proper notice before moving out so we can update your account and make the space available for the next customer.

We kindly request 30 days’ notice when you’re planning to move out. At minimum, 10 days’ notice prior to the start of your next billing cycle is required to avoid being billed for the upcoming month. Providing notice early helps ensure a smooth, accurate account closing.

Ameripark Covered Storage has two locations in the Phoenix metro area:

Mesa: 40 S. Ellsworth Rd, Mesa, AZ 85207. Just off Loop 202 at Main & Ellsworth. Convenient for customers in Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, and Apache Junction.

Waddell: 17220 W. Bethany Home Rd, Waddell, AZ 85355. Just west of Loop 303 at Bethany Home Road. Convenient for customers in Surprise, Peoria, Glendale, and Buckeye.

Yes. At both our Mesa and Waddell, AZ locations we offer a 10% discount to any veteran, active military, or first responder.

Yes. Every customer is required to have coverage on their stored vehicle. You can use your own existing insurance policy, or you can use the additional coverage we offer through our partner, RV Park & Protect. Either way, we’ll need proof of coverage on file before you move in.

We’ve partnered with RV Park & Protect to offer monthly storage coverage for your RV, boat, or vehicle. Your first month is on us, completely free. After that, if you don’t opt out, the monthly fee is added to your regular storage rent. If you’d rather use your own insurance, you can opt out anytime before the first billing cycle ends and you won’t be charged. More details at rvparknprotect.com.

Yes. We offer both covered and uncovered RV and boat storage to fit different needs and budgets. Our covered spaces add protection from Arizona sun and weather. Our uncovered spaces are a more economical option for customers who prefer flexibility or have vehicles built to handle outdoor storage. Whether you’re after maximum protection or a budget-friendly solution, we have a fit for you.

Waddell: 30′, 35′, 40′ covered and 30′, 40′, 45′, and 60′ uncovered spaces. Mesa: 30′, 35′, 40′, 45′ covered and uncovered spaces. We also offer covered 40′ pull-through spaces.

Our canopies are 15 feet high, accommodating most Class A and Class C motorhomes, fifth wheels, and large travel trailers.

Yes. Many businesses store their work vehicles with us, including contractors, service companies, and mobile businesses. Common commercial vehicles include work trucks, vans, trailers, service vehicles, and landscaping equipment.

Our gate is accessible from 3:00 AM to 11:00 PM, 7 days a week, giving you 20 hours of daily access to your stored RV, boat, trailer, or vehicle at both our Mesa and Waddell, AZ locations. Entry is controlled through our secure electronic gate system using your unique personal PIN code. You can retrieve or return your vehicle any time within those hours, every day of the year.

At our Mesa, AZ facility, every space (covered and uncovered) includes a trickle-charge outlet. At our Waddell, AZ facility, all covered spaces include a trickle-charge outlet; uncovered spaces do not. This amenity helps maintain your battery between trips and is included at no extra charge.

Yes. Both our Mesa and Waddell locations have an on-site RV sewage dump station available exclusively to Ameripark customers, not open to the public. This is one of the few covered RV storage facilities in the Phoenix area that includes a dump station on-site, making it easy to prep your RV before or after a trip without leaving the property.

Yes. Both our Mesa and Waddell, AZ storage facilities are fully gated and designed with multiple layers of security to protect your RV, boat, trailer, or vehicle, including:

  • 24/7 video surveillance cameras throughout the property
  • Controlled gate access with your own unique personal PIN code

  • Daily security patrols by an outside professional security company in a marked vehicle, 7 days a week

Yes. Both our Mesa and Waddell, AZ locations maintain an active, professional pest control program to help protect your stored RV, boat, trailer, or vehicle. This includes rodent traps placed strategically throughout the property and checked regularly, plus regular scheduled treatments by a licensed pest control company covering general pests.

We take pest control seriously because rodents or insects getting inside your RV, boat, or trailer can cause serious and costly damage to wiring, upholstery, and more. Keeping the property clean and pest-resistant is part of how we protect your investment. Like all of our other amenities, pest control is included as part of your storage. No additional charge.
